Week 1: Your Strengths
All consulting packages include a one-year subscription to UniversityReady, including weekly live webinars with action plans on topics related to academic, career, exam, college and financial preparation, along with access to our membership website.
At meetings Matthew will assign relevant modules and action plans to students/families based on their individual situation.

Week 2:
All consulting packages include meeting with college consultant Matthew Bullington. Meetings typically run 45-60 minutes, and are an opportunity for Matthew to gain insight into current needs, provide an outside perspective/accountability, and assign relevant modules and activities.
Prior to the meeting the student/parents will be sent a short form to complete to evaluate progress on the established plan and to help set goals for the meeting. Meetings will be conducted via live webinar or in-person (based on location of client).

Week 3:
Standardized exams can be intimidating. Matthew Bullington has been helping students excel on the ACT and SAT exams for 12 years. Included with consulting packages is unlimited access to Matthew's online ACT prep course, a series of videos based off of his live 16 week classes with assignments, downloads, and custom action plans (SAT course will be released in 2019).
Consulting clients in the Middle Tennessee area may also attend any of Matthew's live classes/workshops for no additional fee.

Week 4:
Included with the meeting fee is access to our planning software to track progress through the program. We utilize CollegePlannerPro to keep track of assignments from meetings, log your standardized exam scores, administer and review personality tests (including AchieveWorks' Personality, Intelligences, Learning & Productivity, and Skills Tests), track college deadlines, and research prospective colleges utilizing the most recent Fisk data.

Additional Details
PAYMENT: Listed prices are for the pay-up-front cost. Basic, Advanced and Premium packages can be split into quarterly payments for a 20% upcharge (Basic is 4 payments of $449, Advanced is 4 payments of $899, Premium is 4 payments of $1499 due the first year). Quarterly payments will be automated through our payment gateway using a credit/debit card. Up front payments can be made using cash or check (preferred) or credit/debit card.
GUARANTEE: UniversityReady (or any other group) cannot guarantee results. Ultimate results depend upon following up on recommendations and self action. Starter package has a 7 day moneyback satisfaction guarantee (money cannot be refunded after meeting). Basic, Advanced and Premium have a pro-rated 60 day guarantee (refund will be adjusted to subtract services used up to date of refund request, and is dependent upon family having worked through assignments).
FAMILY PACKAGES: All consulting packages can be split up to serve multiple students in one family. Meetings can be split amongst multiple students, but additional hours may be added on as needed (rate varies based on package level, $250 per hour for Starter, $225 for Basic, $200 for Advanced, and $175 for Premium). If multiple students want different access logins then there is an extra one time fee of $200 for each additional student for separate access to CollegePlannerPro, UniversityReady and academic resources.
